One Day at a Time... after day... after day..

Well I think I’m a lot like you and trying to take it one day at a time. Trying to remember if it’s that part of the day where I drink coffee or I drink wine. One thing I have been doing, besides keeping track of happy hour, is getting dressed every weekday. I am lucky because I have some great kiddos (teenagers), and a great school system that has them in virtual class Monday - Friday, keeping me on my game. So each day goes like this:
1. about 5 seconds before the kids have to be up, I roll my self out of bed. 2. dream about all the things I’m going to get done that day. 3. look at the clock at realize it’s nearly noon. 4. get in the shower ( hey- it was on my list of things to do! ) 5. realize I’ve blown 20 minutes in the shower. 6. get dressed! real clothes on weekdays people! (even if it’s for a couple hours) 7. put on my JEWELRY 8. since I’ve passed prime feeding time (breakfast and lunch ), I ask my family if they’d like me to fix them something to eat. 9. look at the clock (again) 10. get dressed in my comfy clothes 11. run (not walk) to the fridge to find me a little somethin, something 12. supervise or make dinner 13. hours of mindless tv (including 2 hours worth of news and a box of Kleenex. ) 14. Kiss everyone goodnight … hit the reset button and start Groundhogs day over again.
